James Dotson
Owner, Landscape Architect
James founded LandWORKS in 2005 after working for the City of St. George as the City Landscape Architect. With over 20 years of experience and a degree from Utah State in Landscape Architecture, he’s equally gifted designing landscape plans as he is leading construction crews out in the field. His focus on quality and integrity is the foundation that has made LandWORKS a leading landscape company in Southern Utah.

Jeff O'Laughlin
Lead Technician
Jeff has a knack for fixing things. As lead technician, he oversees the maintenance of irrigation systems. He’s a service-oriented professional and a retired military veteran that completed 3 tours to Iraq.

Landscape Architect, LEED AP
David completed his degree in Landscape Architecture at the University of Massachusetts in 2005. Since then he has worked on projects all over the country ranging in size and scope. He joined the LandWorks team in 2023 excited for the next chapter of designing landscapes.
